Nobody Tells You This

LEADERSHIP IS A VERB

Great leaders don't wait for things to happen.

They create momentum.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE.

The strongest presidents build strong teams.

LISTEN FIRST.

The best ideas in your club may not come from the president.

PROGRESS BEATS PERFECTION.

Small victories build extraordinary clubs.

PEOPLE REMEMBER HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL.

Relationships are the foundation of every successful Rotary year.
